• In March, TriState Wellness is encouraging our
    community to eat healthier through this year’s National Nutrition Month®. In celebration of National
    Nutrition Month®, TriState Health is hosting a free education seminar, Simplify Your Nutrition,
    presented by Jennifer Raykovich, RDN, LD, CD, of TriState Wellness, on Tuesday, March 13, 2024, from
    5:30pm-6:30pm, at the TriState Health Conference Room. Attendees must RSVP by March 8.
    “National Nutrition Month® is a time for us to take a step back and evaluate our food practices while
    focusing on making informed food choices,” says TriState Wellness Director, Jen Scharffer, MBA, RDN,
    LD, CD. “Our goal is to promote accurate nutrition knowledge and encourage healthy living through
    sound eating habits and physical activity.”
