CLARKSTON, WA – Friday, June 4, 2021 – Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus will host their annual free sports physicals on Wednesday, June 9, and Thursday, June 10, from 4:00PM-7:00PM, at Tri-State Family Practice & Internal Medicine located at 1119 Highland Avenue, Suite 10, Clarkston.
As the Lewis-Clark community begins to open back up, Tri-State Family Practice & Internal Medicine still requires all patients and visitors to wear masks throughout the entire clinic process. Social distancing will remain in effect. All rooms are sanitized between patients and follow proper cleaning protocols outlined by the Centers for Disease and Control Prevention.
“As a community owned and operated hospital, we are always looking for different ways to serve the area,” said Kelly Pease, Director of Family Practice & Internal Medicine. “We are happy to continue to do so through our well-received annual free sports physicals!”
There is no appointment necessary; the clinic is open to anyone seeking a sports physical for their children. Only one parent must accompany children under 18 years of age. Tri-State Memorial Hospital asks that the child or accompanying parent bring the required physical form from the school that they attend or will be attending. Please include demographics (name, birthdate, and address) and have completed before arriving.
The COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccine will be available for children 12 years and older. Please call ahead to schedule it into your appointment.
