New Academy Director and Community Engagement Specialist at Festival Dance

Rachel Winchester, choreographer, educator, and filmmaker, is joining the staff of Festival Dance & Performing Arts as Academy Director and Community Engagement Specialist, thanks to an American Rescue Plan award from the National Endowment for the Arts.
