The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission announce the opening of January Artwalk Host Location registration, available through Tues., Jan. 10, 2023 at 5 p.m. Business and non-profit organizations are now invited to register for the event to be held on Jan. 19 from 4 – 8 p.m. The Moscow Artwalk season features events from 4 – 8 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of each month from October – June. Participation benefits include:

  • Submission of business information, arts listings, and registration fee in one online form.
  • Opportunity to feature visual, performing, culinary, and literary arts.
  • Access to digital promotional tools as well as printed flyers, posters, and artwork title cards.
  • Artwalk sidewalk signage delivered to the Host Location on event day.

Artist participation is open to all. Literary, culinary, performing, and visual artists may connect with local businesses and non-profits to find the best host location to fit their work. Moscow Artwalk is one of many events that foster the region’s cultural ecosystem. Since its beginning in 2004, the event has become a highlight of the Palouse by celebrating the wealth of artistic practice in the region. The 2022-2023 Moscow Artwalk season includes visual, literary, performance, and culinary arts offerings at business and non-profit locations throughout the community on the 3rd Thursday of each month from October – May. The Artwalk Season Finale on June 15, 2023 features artist and host location offerings along with music, food, and performance art on Main Street.The 2022-2023 Artwalk Season is brought to the Moscow community by Avista Utilities, Gritman Medical Center, Idaho Central Credit Union, Inland 360, Inland Northwest Broadcasting, j & h Printing, and the Moscow Arts Commission.
