Aspiring gardeners are invited to the Genesee Community Library for a short series on Summer Gardening presented by University of Idaho Extension Educator, Iris Mayes. The first event on Soil Health will take place Monday, May 13 from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Attendees will learn low cost ways to assess soil and boost productivity. The second event on Wednesday, June 19 from 5:30pm-6:30pm will cover Pollinator Gardening, with tips on plants and design techniques for attracting pollinators.
