(Moscow, Idaho) — An improvement project located along the Paradise Pathway between Highway 95 and Styner Avenue is scheduled to begin Monday, October 24 and will be completed by winter. The second phase of the project will include bollards and overhead lighting installed along the pathway utilizing conduit placed during phase one. The purpose of the lighting is to improve nighttime visibility through the corridor.During the project, =residents are asked to be aware that this section of the pathway will be closed to pedestrian access. Pedestrians are encouraged to use either Styner Avenue or the north side of Troy Road for travel until completion. The City appreciates the public’s patience as these upgrades are made.ADA accessibility is a top priority for the City in all projects.
