The Latah County Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on March 16th, 2022, at 5:30 pm in room 2B of the Latah County Courthouse.  The hearing will also be available via ZOOM.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on conditional use permits:

CUP 1243 a request by the Christopher and Maria Marx for a one spot RV park on RP016950000010 at 1099 Saddle Ridge Road in the Ag/Forest zone

RZ 1244 a request by Andrew Nicholas to rezone a 15 acre portion of a 40 acre parcel off Reams Road, RP39N04W184191, from Agriculture/Forest to Rural Residential.

Written testimony must be received at the Latah County Courthouse no later than 12pm on Tuesday, March 15th, 2022. Verbal testimony is welcome during the hearing. The deadline to make arrangements to participate in the hearing online, give verbal testimony online, or listen or watch the hearing online is 12 pm on Tuesday, March 15th, 2022.

Accommodations for individuals with disabilities are available upon request. Notice to acquire accommodations must be made no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday prior to the Planning Dept. These hearings will be conducted pursuant to the Latah County Hearing Procedures Ordinance and the Latah County Land Use Ordinance. The Latah County Zoning Commission reserves the right to vary the default length of testimony from the standards established by the Latah County Hearing Procedures Ordinance.
