August 18, 2022 (Moscow, Idaho) — The Mountain View Road Safety Improvement Project is ongoing as expected with a target completion date in late September. As the project advances into the school year, the City of Moscow is working with stakeholders to improve detour routes for pedestrian safety. The detour route between ‘B’ St. and Sixth St. will be moved west from Blaine St. to Hayes St. to reduce traffic around Lena Whitmore Elementary School, effective Monday, August 22.
