May 11, 2022 (Moscow, Idaho) — Do you love to bike? The Moscow Pathways Commission will be celebrating Bike Month with three public events.

Bike to Work Day – Please stop by the southeast corner of Sixth and Main Streets on Friday, May 20, from 7 to 9 am to celebrate Bike to Work Day. The Commission will celebrate Bike to Work Day, offering coffee from One World Café and refreshments from the Moscow Food Co-op refreshments. The Commission will also give out a Bicycle Benefits token worth $2 to all cyclists. Cyclists who already have a Bicycle Benefits stick on their bike helmet will receive an additional $2 token! Tokens can be spent with any vendor at the Moscow Farmers Market from May through Oct.

Pathways Information Station – On Sat., May 21, from 9 am to 12 pm, the Commission will be hosting a booth near Friendship Square to share information about Moscow’s fantastic pathway system.

Moscow Pathways Commission Annual Bike Tour – on May 21 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm following the Moscow Farmers Market. The tour will begin at the Ghormley Park shelter, located at 504 Home St. Commission members will lead the pathway tour from Ghormley Park, ride out to the Idaho State Line, and back along the Paradise Pathway. Light refreshments will be served following the tour.
