The Moscow Day School is collecting gently used children’s winter gear for a community exchange to be hosted on Saturday, November 5th at the 1912 Center during the first Winter Market of the season. The exchange will be open to all community members, free of charge, with attendees encouraged to “bring an item, take an item.”

In order to better serve families in need, the school is also collecting new or gently used items such as coats, hats, gloves, snow pants, and boots in advance of the swap. Clean items may be dropped off in donation boxes at Moscow Day School, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce, or the 1912 Center during the month of October.

This event is being organized by Moscow Day School as a way to thank the community for supporting the non-profit early childhood education center for more than 40 years.
