We are located in the beautiful town of Moscow, Idaho, and are only 8 miles from Pullman, Washington. Moscow is home to the University of Idaho, and Pullman is home to Washington State University, giving both towns a very diverse population. We have been serving the Palouse region for over 50 years. Since we live in a small town atmosphere, we feel very strongly about treating our customers with the respect and courtesy that doesn’t always happen in the larger cities. A business such as ours would not stay in business long if we didn’t provide excellent customer service. And speaking of service, we have our own in-house appliance repair department so that we may continue to serve our customers long after their purchases.
