Moscowberfest

Moscowberfest is themed after Oktoberfest, a Bavarian tradition that dates back to the year 1810. Though Oktoberfest originated as a wedding celebration, it has since evolved into the world’s largest annual fun-fair and agricultural celebration, with an emphasis on one of Germany’s most famous agricultural products - beer. The City of Moscow also got its start in the 1800s and since it’s incorporation in 1887, has made a name for itself as a regional hub for agriculture, art, and commerce. Moscowberfest is an opportunity to celebrate the local culture in the Palouse region and Moscow’s new entertainment district.
