Palouse Plein Air 2023 – Artist Reception

Moscow is the perfect place to paint en plein air, French for in the “open air,” in the beautiful Palouse landscape. 46 artists created paintings at locations in Latah, Nez Perce, Whitman, and Benewah counties. Artworks are on display at the Third Street Gallery from September 21 – October 6. The artist reception on September 21 features a ceremony with awards chosen by juror William E. Elston of Snohomish, WA and refreshments by Wilder Catering of Moscow. Now in its 14th year, Palouse Plein Air is created in partnership by the City of Moscow Arts Department and the University of Idaho College of Art + Architecture.
