Celebrate the spirit of community with this year’s Light Up the Season. The City of Moscow welcomes participation in this annual, seasonal event through several festive components which culminate at 6 pm on Thursday, December 5 in Friendship Square and downtown Moscow with the lighting of the Winter Wonderland Tree.
