Co-taught by locally-based and internationally practicing dance-artists Corrie Befort (choreographer, filmmaker, designer) & Hannah Rae (holistic personal trainer).

These movement workshops invite creative people of all kinds (researchers, musicians, writers, parents, painters, teachers, dancers…) to amplify and reconnect with how your physical sensations shape your generative life. In each class you will be guided through a different sequence of “scores”: internal and external explorations that tune your senses through language, color, sound and light. We will interlace imaginative inquiry with body awareness to activate a kind of “creative conditioning.” Expect thoughtfulness and playfulness, anatomical insight and dream-like imagery. Leave feeling energized, easeful, inspired, and with deepening, fluid connections between your mind and body.
