Moscow Winterfest will take place on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM in Moscow Downtown on Main St. Vendor setup will begin at 10:30 AM.

Vendor applications will close on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Vendor selections will be announced no later than Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 5:00 PM.

If you are a MCOC+VC member business located outside of the DBA Footprint, vendor fees are $50.00. If you are a non-MCOC+VC member business, vendor fees are $200.00 for this event.

Please remember if you are not a food or alcohol vendor you need to provide a family friendly activity that matches the theme (Moscow Winterfest | Après Ski Party). If you have any questions or want to discuss further, our planning committee is happy to help.
