March 29, 2022 (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow Community Events Division and Farmers Market Commission are excited to reveal the selected artwork for the 2022 Moscow Farmers Market poster designed by Julene Ewert!
Over 350 votes went to Ewert’s piece, capturing almost 40% of the total votes during the three-week public voting period. In addition to being featured on the Market poster, the artwork will become a part of the City of Moscow Portable Art Collection. Ewert will receive a $500 honorarium for her design
The Farmers Market Commission received 23 qualified submissions for this year’s Market poster. Ewert’s design was one of five art submissions selected to move forward for public voting.
A limited number of signed copies of the finalized Market poster will be available while supplies last.
Opening day of the Moscow Farmers Market is May 7th and continues every Saturday through October from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in downtown Moscow on Main Street and Friendship Square.
