December, 2023 (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow is pleased to announce the four DeLIGHTful Downtown finalists to advance for public vote. They are, Latah Reality, Moscow Chamber of Commerce, North Idaho Athletic Club, and RE/MAX Connections.
The four finalists were selected out of 7 entries. The entries were judged on Fri., Dec. 1 by Deputy City Supervisor, Cody Riddle; Moscow City Councilmember, Sandra Kelly; and City of Moscow’s Arts Program Manager, Megan Cherry.
Public voting is open now, Mon., Dec. 4, until 11:59 pm, Wed., Dec. 6. Signage will be clearly posted outside of each establishment with a QR code for quick and easy voting. Voting will also be available online at https://www.ci.moscow.id.us/FormCenter/Community-Events-34/DeLIGHTful-Downtown-126. An in person voting option will be available on the first floor of City Hall. No phones are required for the in person voting.
DeLIGHTful Downtown is a feature of Light up the Season—an annual community event celebrating the holiday season. Light up the Season also includes the lighting of the Winter Wonderland Tree in Friendship Square followed by a parade on Main Street at 6 pm, Thu., Dec. 7.

Light up the Season is hosted by the City of Moscow Parks and Recreation Department and Community Events Division. This annual community event is intended to kick-off and celebrate the holiday season in a creative and festive manner.
