November 14th (Moscow, Idaho) — Lilly Street will be closed to thru traffic beginning November 15, 2022. During this time the City will be installing a new catch basin and storm water pipe to improve storm drainage along Third Street, east of the intersection, and help eliminate icing on pedestrian access routes. (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow is pleased to announce the completion of construction on Mountain View Rd between Joseph and Sixth St. The corridor and new roundabout are now officially open to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Travelers will find a host of safety improvements including wider sidewalks, bike lanes, and crosswalks, including a controlled crossing with a manually-activated rapid flashing beacon at the intersection of Mountain View Rd and 7th St., leading to the Moscow School District Community Playfields. While initially delayed, construction on the separate 6th Street Bridge Replacement Project continues. More

August 11, 2022 (Moscow, Idaho) — The pedestrian improvement project at the D Street and Mountain View Road intersection is nearing completion. In order to install asphalt to road cuts and repaint the lanes, the intersection will be closed to all traffic August 18th and 19th. More
