The Latah County Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on March 16th, 2022, at 5:30 pm in room 2B of the Latah County Courthouse. The hearing will also be available via ZOOM. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on conditional use permits: CUP 1243 a request by the Christopher and Maria Marx for a one spot RV park on RP016950000010 at 1099 Saddle Ridge Road in the Ag/Forest zone RZ 1244 a request by Andrew Nicholas to rezone a 15 acre portion of a 40 acre parcel off Reams Road, RP39N04W184191, from Agriculture/Forest to Rural Residential.
