Downtown Business District Concrete Cutting Begins December 2022

December 8th, 2022 (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow has engaged the services of Precision Concrete Cutting to remove tripping hazards in the Downtown Business district.  This project will begin on Monday, December 12th, 2022 and is expected to be complete within the course of the week. Start date for this project is contingent on the weather and may extend due to inclement weather. Some noise, dust, and possible debris can be expected during the sidewalk repair process. More

Local Groups Raising Funds for Moscow Mountain Trails Seek to Expand Public Access Through Easements

A coalition of Palouse-area nonprofit organizations has kicked off a campaign to fund Moscow Mountain’s first legally-protected public access trail easement. An initiative of Palouse Land Trust, with support from Moscow Area Mountain Bike Association (MAMBA) and Palouse Road Runners, the Moscow Mountain Forever project aims to raise $40,000 to fund conservation and public access easements for land near Idler’s Rest Nature Preserve.
