John Bohman announced his candidacy for Latah County Board of Commissioners, District

February 10, 2022 -- John Bohman, a Troy area farmer, announced he will be running for the Latah County Board of Commissioners, District 3. “I am excited to be a candidate for the Latah Board of Commissioners from District 3. I have been a Latah County resident my entire life and chose to continue the tradition of raising my family here on our century family farm outside of Troy on Little Bear Ridge. Since 1991, I have co-owned and operated Ridgeview Farms and beyond that, I am truly invested in my local community and Latah County.” Bohman has been active in various community groups, non-profit organizations, and leadership roles. He has served as an elected officer for the Troy FFA Alumni, Troy EMS and currently serves as the Troy Volunteer Fire Department Chief. Bohman was elected to serve as a member of the Farm Service Agency Latah County Committee for 9 years (three, 3-year terms). More
