2024 Spring Burning Season in Moscow

City of Moscow Fire Officials have announced a spring burning season will be: March 22nd - April 22nd Open burning is allowed for garden waste, tree trimmings and brush only. The following conditions are required for open burning: 1.) Burning shall be at a distance of at least 25 feet from any building, structure or other combustible material when the pile size is 3 feet or less in diameter and 2 feet or less in height. Annual Downtown Clean-up to take place April 21, 2023

The City of Moscow will host its Annual Downtown Clean-up on April 21st from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Join the City of Moscow for this community-wide volunteer event, rain or shine. Volunteers will be picking up micro-litter, removing debris from under benches and behind dumpsters in the Downtown core area, in an effort to protect our local waterways. More
