The Second Judicial District CASA Program is a 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit Organization that provides advocacy to abused and neglected children in Nez Perce, Latah, Clearwater, Lewis and Idaho Counties. Our mission is to provide a volunteer court appointed special advocate to all abandoned, abused or neglected children our program is appointed to represent so they may ultimately find a safe, supportive, and permanent home.
