Cellar Door is the creation of Chef Ian Pecoraro, and connects the power of community with the Palouse’s bounty of local ingredients, artisans, farmers, and terroir.
Chef Ian first fell in love with the Palouse after visiting over eight years ago. Realizing his dream was too be closer to the artisans and farmers that are central to his work, Ian moved to the Palouse after 13 years working in some of Seattle’s most acclaimed farm-to-table restaurants, including James Beard Award Winning Sitka & Spruce.
Now, through Farm Dinner Kits, supper clubs & private dining, he’s bringing his lifetime of experience to the Palouse. Cellar Door brings cooks and food lovers into new and exciting relationships with cooking, eating, and experiencing food.
