Yoga Gratitude Practice
Join your sweet yoga community for a celebration of gratitude, self-compassion and deep connection the Saturday following Thanksgiving.
This is a two-hour event to harness the power of gratitude through meditation, journaling and asana. You’ll leave feeling renewed and rested after receiving lots of hands-on adjustments and loving energy. This class is all levels, family and friends are welcome.
