Taste of the Palouse Cooking Demo
The UI Extension is teaming up with Margaret Ritchie School of Family and Consumer Sciences to offer something awesome and new.
Led by one of our phenomenal dietetic students, Megan Follett, we are piloting a Taste of the Palouse Cooking Demo on Thursday, October 20th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm at the Mary Hall Niccolls Building Foods Lab (Room 101)… parking is free 😉.
Megan has designed this class specifically for us using ingredients found here on the Palouse. After she shows us how to prepare the dishes, we will get to enjoy them together at a plated dinner and then go home with the recipes so we can try them later. The class is limited in size so you won’t want to wait to grab your seat. Tickets are available through the QR code on the flyer attached. It costs $25 per person. Grab your ticket today.
