Visit the Moscow Chamber of Commerce + Visitor Center this September to enjoy the Palouse Watercolor Socius’ 50th anniversary Art Exhibit in downtown Moscow!
From September 4-27, see the beautiful works on display by local watercolor artists from all over the Palouse. A special reception will be held on Thursday, September 19 from 4-5:30pm.
