PALOUSE CHORAL SOCIETY & WSU COLLABORATE ON APRIL 20TH PERFORMANCE

Join the Palouse Choral Society and the Washington State University School of Music choral ensembles and Symphony Orchestra for “A Classical Collaboration”.  Under the baton of Drs. Dean Luethi (WSU Director of Choral Activities) and Matthew Myers (Artistic Director of the Palouse Choral Society and WSU Associate Director of Choral Activities), the combined choirs and orchestra will perform Franz Joseph Haydn’s Mass for Troubled Times (also known as the Lord Nelson Mass) as well as Haydn’s Te Deum.  Featured soloists include Alisa Toy (soprano), UofI faculty Michelle Lange (mezzo-soprano), and WSU faculty Matthew Myers (tenor), and Aaron Agulay (baritone).

A pre-concert lecture will be held at 7:00pm and the performance begins at 7:30pm on Thursday, April 20th in WSU’s Bryan Hall (605 Veterans Way, Pullman). General admission tickets are $20 and available palousechoralsociety.org. Admission is free for all WSU students and children aged 6-12.  Information on accessibility, parking, and complimentary park & ride shuttle service can also be found at palousechoralsociety.org
