Palousafest Tables Filling Fast

Tables for Palousafest are filling up fast. Register now to secure your spot at the premier welcome back event on campus that draws thousands of students and community members annually. The street fair — held Saturday, Aug. 20 on Sixth Street between Rayburn and Line Streets and the Theophilus Tower Lawn — features hundreds of student organizations, campus departments and local businesses and nonprofits. U of I student organizations, affiliates or departments can reserve one table for free. Public entities, nonprofits, community partners and others pay $30 per table. Set up/load in starts at 4:30 p.m., with the event planned to run 5:30-7:30 p.m. Load out is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. Merchandise sales are prohibited. Electricity and chairs will not be provided.
