Moscowberfest 2023

MOSCOW – The Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Center is hosting the third annual Moscowberfest celebration on Saturday, October 7th, 2023, from 4:00-8:00 pm on Main St.
The event will feature food, beer, and wine from local vendors and festive live music sponsored by Moscow Alehouse. Music from North Polka Extension live in Friendship Square starting at 5:00 pm. This family-friendly event is also sponsored by Idaho Central Credit Union, Micropolis Brewing, Moscow Brewing Company, Palouse Land Trust, Maialina, La Casa Lopez, Moscow Alehouse, and Hunga Dunga Brewing. These sponsors are what make Moscow the Fest City of Idaho!
Moscowberfest is themed after Oktoberfest, a Bavarian tradition that dates back to the year 1810. Though Oktoberfest originated as a wedding celebration, it has since evolved into the world’s largest annual fun fair and agricultural celebration, with an emphasis on one of Germany’s most famous agricultural products – beer. The City of Moscow also got its start in the 1800s and, since it’s incorporation in 1887, has made a name for itself as a regional hub for agriculture, art, and commerce. Moscowberfest is an opportunity to celebrate the local culture in the Palouse region and Moscow’s entertainment district.
Wristbands, approved glassware, and drink tickets will be available for purchase to those 21+ who wish to consume alcohol. That’s right, no presales! Buy your wristbands and drink tickets at one of our two sales stations. 1.) on the corner of 3rd and Main Street at One World. 2.) on the corner of 6th and Main Street under the Nine to Five offices. You’ll receive approved event glassware and three drink tickets. Extra drink tickets are available for purchase for two dollars each. 100% of all drink ticket sales go back to our drink vendors.
Try a Bavarian sausage and pretzel from one of the many food vendors available. All food and non-alcoholic drinks are purchased directly from the vendors. Join us for all of this and so much more!
