Gritman Medical Center: 2025 Strategic Initiatives

Gritman President & CEO, Kara Besst, will be providing updates on Gritman’s strategic initiatives, 2024’s highlights, Gritman’s current services, and where the organization is headed in 2025 and beyond.

Kara Besst is the President & CEO of Gritman Medical Center, where she has worked for 31 years. Kara began her career at Gritman as an accounting intern. She went on to become a Gritman staff accountant and later the Director of the Fiscal Services Department. Kara was hired as Gritman’s CFO in 2000 and Gritman’s President & CEO in 2011. She is passionate about providing extraordinary care by serving Gritman’s customers – patients, practitioners, and team members.
