Full Moon Sound Bath

Saturday night is going to be amazing! Join Nara Woodland of Brain Body Balance Sound for a restorative sound bath under the full moon at PCEI’s Palouse Nature Center. If you haven’t ever had a sound bath with singing bowls, this is a great opportunity to try it—we’re sure you’re going to love it. Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, flashlight, and water.
The suggested donation is $20, and Nara is generously donating 20% of the proceeds to PCEI. We hope to see you Saturday at 7:30pm for this wonderfully relaxing evening outdoors under the full moon.
