Free Yoga Class at Hyperspud Sports

Hyperspud Sports will be hosting our third FREE yoga class Thursday, August 11th starting at 6:30pm. Please bring your own mat & water bottle. There will be a sound bath at the end of class and a very relaxing way to end your evening. Stephanie Frost will be teaching this class, and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge. Beginners & intermediate welcome. Please let us know if you will be attending, limited space available!
