Event Series Event Series: Everybody Reads Week

Everybody Reads Week

November 2, 2021

Libraries from the Palouse and Lewis-Clark Valley have participated in Everybody Reads since 2001. Everybody Reads is a regional program that builds a shared reading experience around a single book to foster curiosity, spark discussion and celebrate a love of story and community engagement. This program has achieved local recognition with the announcement from Moscow Mayor Bill Lambert that November 1-5 will be Everybody Reads Week.

Midnight at the Bright Ideas Bookstore by Matthew Sullivan is the 2021 book selection for Everybody Reads. There will be two livestreamed events with the author on the Everybody Reads Facebook at facebook.com/everybodyreadspnw. Audience members will be able to submit questions directly to Matthew Sullivan during the events. Event livestreams will take place on Tuesday, November 2 at noon, and on Thursday, November 4 at 5:00 p.m. The second event will be viewable later on the Everybody Reads Facebook page. Further details will be posted to everybody-reads.org as they become available.

Midnight at the Bright Ideas Bookstore is available for checkout or hold at any branch of the Latah County Library District. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Mason Neil at programming@latahlibrary.org.
