Celebrate a World of Flavors

In March, Tri-State Wellness is partnering with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) to encourage our community to eat healthier through this year’s National Nutrition Month® 2022 theme, Celebrate a World of Flavors. Developing a healthful eating pattern is not a one-size fits all endeavor. The key is tailoring your favorite foods to meet your individual nutrient needs.
In celebration of National Nutrition Month®, Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus is hosting a free virtual education seminar presented by Jennifer Raykovich, RDN, LD, CD, of Tri-State Wellness on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 5:00PM to 6:00PM.
