Celebrate a World of Flavors
In March, Tri-State Wellness is partnering with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) to encourage our community to eat healthier through this year’s National Nutrition Month® 2022 theme, Celebrate a World of Flavors. Developing a healthful eating pattern is not a one-size fits all endeavor. The key is tailoring your favorite foods to meet your individual nutrient needs.
In celebration of National Nutrition Month®, Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus is hosting a free virtual education seminar presented by Jennifer Raykovich, RDN, LD, CD, of Tri-State Wellness on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 5:00PM to 6:00PM. To learn more and to RSVP, visit https://tristatehospital.org/nnm-2022/ or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
“National Nutrition Month® is a time for us to take a step back and evaluate our food practices while focusing on making informed food choices,” says Tri-State Wellness Director, Jen Scharffer, RDN, LD, CD. “Our goal is to promote accurate nutrition knowledge and encourage healthy living through sound eating habits and physical activity. We invite everyone to join us in celebrating National Nutrition
Month® at our free virtual education seminar on Wednesday, March 9.”
