How many of us feel like this right now? That we are traveling on a ship that is sinking a little more every day? Between work, no work, furloughs, layoffs, school, no school, kids, virus scares, constant upheaval, shifts in the market. How do we move forward? How do we recover and regain? Many were tied up with all these challenges in 2020 so it became the “Year of Stop Planning.” Now it is time to take back control in 2021.

In one hour, we will talk about the dangers of getting “stuck” in your financial stress and what you need to do to start moving forward again. We cover what stress and anxiety does to our wellness (physically, mentally AND financially) and what we can to do now including reframing strategies like changing perspective and practicing gratitude, joyfulness and the 10 facets of resilience. You will leave with tools that will refresh your spirit (and your pocketbook) and set you on a positive path back to normal.
