Moscowberfest is Saturday, October 4th, 2025 | 4-8 p.m. Vendor Setup will start at 2:00 p.m. after the market clears out.

Vendor applications will close on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Vendor selections will be announced no later than Friday, August 15, 2025 by 5:00 p.m.

You must be a chamber member to participate as a vendor at Moscowberfest 2025.

Please remember that if you are not a food or alcohol vendor, you must provide a family-friendly activity that matches the theme of Moscowberfest (Oktoberfest). If you have any questions or want to discuss this further, our team is happy to help.
