March 27, 2025 (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow, in partnership with the Intermountain Fair Housing Council (IFHC), invites the public to a free fair housing workshop on Tuesday, April 8 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers room at Moscow City Hall (206 East Third Street). The event will also be available online for remote attendees.

This hybrid training will cover the basics of the Fair Housing Act, including complaint procedures, examples of discriminatory conduct by housing providers, and current fair housing topics of interest. Presented by IFHC Education Director Peg Richards and IFHC Staff Attorney Monica Fabbi, the workshop is ideal for consumers, housing providers, realtors, lenders, and government officials. The City of Moscow Fair and Affordable Housing Commission encourages all interested parties to attend.

Attendees are encouraged to register ahead of time, though in-person registration will be available at City Hall beginning at 12:00 p.m. the day of the event.
