April 4, 2025  (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow Community Events Division and Moscow Farmers Market Commission are pleased to announce the artist and artwork selected for the 2025 Farmers Market Poster. 

Of the eight submissions received, five finalists were selected by the Farmers Market Commission to undergo public voting. The finalist who received the most votes (341) is Kieran Heywood, who submitted artwork depicting a mother duck and her ducklings going to the Market. Out of 1,054 total votes placed, 31% of those votes went toward Heywood’s submission. Not only will Heywood’s artwork be featured on this year’s Farmers Market Poster, the original art piece will also be accepted into the City of Moscow Portable Art Collection. The 2025 Market Poster will be available at the Farmers Market information tent throughout the season while supplies last.

The Moscow Farmers Market opens for its first day on May 3 and will continue every Saturday through October from 8am to 1pm in downtown Moscow.
